Noel Ruane - Founder

BSc, Construction Management, University of Salford; MA, Work-based Motivational Behaviours, University of Middlesex.

Noel founded Atiresh following his research into the Grenfell disaster 2017 and a genuine desire to change the construction industry for the better.  His expert construction knowledge is based on over 28 years’ experience from fit out sub-contractor, principal contractor and for the past 10 years a development director on many high-rise complex residential schemes.

He has invested the last 5 years understanding how the new Building Safety Act will affect the construction of high-rise residential buildings.  Using his in-depth practical understanding of the industry he has been able to demystify the regulations, make sense of how they will work in practice then build his business around this need.

Noel believes developers and building owners have a unique opportunity to ensure their investment is built to the highest safety standards worldwide.
